By making a purchase, you agree to my terms of service. If you violate any of them, you will be held accountable for your actions.
After completing a purchase, refunds request cannot be issued unless the mistake was made on my part.
Strictly do not use my designs for any criminal or unlawful activities, such as fraud, theft, or any other illegal actions.
All license, ownership, model, design, and all files related to the artwork you purchase will only be granted after full payment has been completed.
All payments are to be made in USD and can be completed through Ko-fi or direct message (DM).

I do not allow my designs to be copied or plagiarized by anyone, on any platform. Please be more creative and show proper respect for original work.
Violating any part of the Terms of Service will result in a BLACKLIST — meaning you will be blocked and publicly listed as blacklisted. If necessary, a FINE may also be imposed, depending on the severity and number of Terms of Service violations committed
I reserve the right to revoke all ownership, licenses, and related rights if the buyer violates my Terms of Service. In cases of severe or serious violations, the revocation of ownership will be carried out without notice or respect.
When using my artwork and design, please give proper credit to the original creator (me). You may use any of my social media accounts for the credit.
I reserve the right to post all artworks I create, including commissions, on my social media platforms as part of my portfolio. A fee will be charged if the customer wishes to revoke or remove the design from public display.
Model modifications are allowed with my permission. Additional details may also be added, provided that you have obtained my approval beforehand.
I reserve the full right to ban, revoke ownership, and withdraw all licenses from any customer who misuses or violates my Terms of Service. I will provide a warning as a first opportunity for correction. However, if the warning is ignored, I will proceed with the revocation without further notice. In cases of severe violations, I reserve the right to revoke all rights immediately without prior warning.
D. Usage Plans
Personal Use = No additional fees will be charged beyond the agreed design price. The design may only be used for personal purposes that do not generate any profit, such as original characters (OC), mascots, personal-use merchandise, or lore and story characters.
Commercial Use = An additional fee of 50%–100% of the original design price will be charged. With this license, the design may be used for commercial purposes that generate income, such as merchandise sales, book publishing, streaming, VTubing, or any other activity that earns profit from the design character.
E. Payment
Payments are to be made in USD and can be completed via PayPal (invoice) or directly through Ko-Fi.
Full 100% upfront payment is required to claim ownership, licensing rights, and to receive the purchased design or artwork files.
You may book or hold a design. For holds under 24 hours, no deposit is required. However, for holds of 24 hours or longer, a 15% upfront deposit is required. If you cancel after making the deposit, the deposit will be non-refundable.
For bookings/holds, please notify the artist if you need to cancel your booking. If you cancel without giving any notice, you will be banned and added to a blacklist, and you will no longer be able to purchase any artwork from me.
If you’re not yet sure about using the design for commercial purposes, you may purchase it under personal use first. Later, if you decide to use it commercially, please contact me to arrange the commercial usage payment.
Refund requests are NOT ACCEPTED for any reason, unless the mistake or negligence is on the artist’s part.
